We wish to announce that UEMS-C1Z has expired at 5.00 p.m. on 23 April 2026 ("Expiry Date") and the Cash Settlement Amount shall be calculated as follows:

= Number of UEMS-C1Z x (Closing Price - Exercise Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio)
= Number of UEMS-C1Z x (RM0.5090 - RM0.7700) x (1/1.5)

The Closing Price of RM0.5090 was determined based on the average closing price of the UEMS Shares (subject to any adjustment as may be necessary to reflect any capitalisation, rights issue, distribution or others) for the five (5) Market Days prior to and including the Market Day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Cash Settlement Amount is less than zero, Holders will not be entitled to receive any payment from us and all outstanding and unexercised UEMS-C1Z will cease to be valid and all our obligations in respect to UEMS-C1Z shall terminate absolutely.
