Unless otherwise stated, all terms and definitions used herein shall retain the same meaning as those defined in the previous Company's announcements dated 4 September 2024 and 10 September 2024.

The Company is pleased to announce that its 70% owned subsidiary, Oriole Hydro Padas Sdn Bhd ("OHP") had received a letter dated 22 April 2026 from Energy Commission of Sabah notified OHP that Sabah Energy Council (MTS) had approved the provisional tariff for Oriole Hydro Project from 31.50 sen/kWh to 32.04 sen/kWh. This adjustment is subject to the Supplementary Power Purchase Agreement.

Furthermore, the Financial Close Date ("FCD") has been extended by six (6) months, now set to occur on 31 October 2026. Subsequently, the Scheduled Commercial Operation Date ("SCOD") has been been revised to 30 April 2030.
