The Board of Directors of ECB wishes to announce that the Company will be seeking its shareholders' approval on the Proposed Renewal of Existing Shareholders' Mandate at its forthcoming Twenty-Third Annual General Meeting of the Company. 

 

The Circular to Shareholders of ECB containing the details in relation to the abovementioned proposal will be dispatched to shareholders of the Company in due course.
