As the Closing Level is lower than HSI-CWK5's Exercise Level of 27,250.00, holders of HSI-CWK5 will not be entitled to receive any payment from us. All outstanding and unexercised HSI-CWK5 will cease to be valid and all our obligations in respect of HSI-CWK5 shall terminate absolutely.
