- PROPOSED ACQUISITION BY MGL DEVELOPMENT SDN. BHD., A WHOLLY-OWNED SUBSIDIARY OF METRONIC GLOBAL BERHAD, IN RELATION TO 81 UNITS OF SERVICED APARTMENTS LOCATED AT MARINA POINT, KLEBANG, MELAKA, MALAYSIA

The Board of Directors of Metronic wishes to announce that MGL Development Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Metronic, had on 29 April 2026 entered into eighty-one (81) Sale and Purchase Agreement with Sanichi Precision Mould Sdn. Bhd. for the acquisition of eighty-one (81) units of serviced apartments located at Marina Point, Klebang, Melaka, Malaysia for an aggregate purchase consideration of RM33,240,000.00 only subject to the terms and conditions in the Agreements.
