The Closing Price of RM0.4469 was determined based on the average volume weighted average market price of CKI shares for the 5 market days prior to and including the market day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Closing Price is lower than CKI-CC's Exercise Price of RM0.85, holders of CKI-CC will not be entitled to receive any payment from us. All outstanding and unexercised CKI-CC will cease to be valid and all of our obligations in respect of CKI-CC shall terminate absolutely.
