Reference is made to the first announcement in relation to PN17 of the Listing Requirements made on 18 April 2025 ("First Announcement"), subsequent monthly announcements made on 2 May 2025, 3 June 2025, 1 July 2025, 1 August 2025, 2 September 2025, 1 October 2025, 3 November 2025, 1 December 2025, 2 January 2026, 3 February 2026, 2 March 2026 and 1 April 2026 ("the Monthly Announcements") and announcements made on 26 September 2025 and 7 November 2025 in relation to PN17, announcements in relation to Proposed Scheme of Arrangement and Restraining Order made on 5 December 2025, 10 December 2025, 26 December 2025 and 21 January 2026 ("previous announcements") and announcement dated 15 April 2026 in relation to the application for an extension of time to submit regularisation plan to the authorities. Unless otherwise defined, all abbreviations and definitions used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the previous announcements.
On behalf of the Board of Ho Hup, M&A Securities wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had vide its letter dated 30 April 2026, resolved to grant the Company an extension of time of 6 months up to 17 October 2026 to submit its regularisation plan to the relevant regulatory authorities for approval.
The aforesaid extension of time is without prejudice to Bursa Securities' right to proceed to suspend the trading of the listed securities of Ho Hup and to de-list the Company in the event:
(i) the Company fails to submit its regularisation plan to the relevant regulatory authorities on or before 17 October 2026;
(ii) the Company fails to obtain the approval from any of the regulatory authorities necessary for the implementation of its regularisation plan; or
(iii) the Company fails to implement its regularisation plan within the time frame or extended time frame stipulated by any of the regulatory authorities.
Upon occurrence of any of the events set out in (i) to (iii) above, Bursa Securities shall suspend the trading of the listed securities of Ho Hup on the 6th market day after the date of notification of suspension by Bursa Securities and de-list the Company, subject to the Company's right to appeal against the delisting.
