Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 27 and 28 April 2026. 

For consistency purposes, the abbreviations and definitions used throughout this announcement shall have the same meanings as previously defined in the announcement made on 27 April 2026, where applicable, unless stated otherwise defined herein.

The Board wishes to announce that the Company was notified by its solicitor on 1 May 2026 that some of the Company and its subsidiary's bank accounts have been partially released by SPRM. 

The Company has, through its solicitor, submitted a further letter of representation to SPRM for its further consideration, to seek the unfreezing of all the affected Company and its subsidiary's bank accounts. 

The Board will make further announcements as and when there are any material developments.
