1) elaborate on the basis of arriving at or determining the consideration of RM19 million;

2) justification for the consideration of RM19 million;

3) prospects of the land to be acquired;

4) risks in relation to the acquisition including risk factors of the land; and

5) whether any valuation was carried out on the land; if so, the name of the independent registered valuer, date and method of valuation and quantification of the market value.
