Reference is made to the First Announcement made on 4 December 2024 and subsequent monthly announcements made on 2 January 2025, 3 February 2025, 3 March 2025, 2 April 2025, 2 May 2025, 3 June 2025, 1 July 2025, 1 August 2025, 2 September 2025, 1 October 2025, 3 November 2025, 1 December 2025, 2 December 2025, 2 January 2026, 7 January 2026, 3 February 2026, 2 March 2026 and 1 April 2026 by the Company pursuant to Practice Note 17 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

Pursuant to paragraph 4.1(c) of Practice Note 17 of the Main Market Listing Requirements, the Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that there is no progress in the proposed regularisation plan.

SGB has been liquidated. The Company has yet been notified on the appointed liquidator.

The Company has approximately 1 month until 3 June 2026 to submit its regularisation plan. As at now, there is no regularisation plan in hand.
