AmanahRaya-Kenedix REIT Manager Sdn. Bhd. ("AKRM"), being the management company of AmanahRaya Real Estate Investment Trust ("ARREIT"), wishes to announce the following in compliance with paragraph 9.03 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

Pursuant to Puan Aida Mosira Mokhtar ("Puan Aida"), who is a Director of AKRM's disclosure on 23 April 2026, The Board of Directors of AKRM ("the Board") wishes to disclose that she is the sister of Puan Azlin Maria Mokhtar ("Puan Azlin"), who is a Director of Amanah Raya Berhad ("ARB").

ARB is the holding company of AKRM, as well as a major unitholder of ARREIT.

Save as disclosed above, Puan Aida does not have any family relationship with any other Director and/or major shareholder of AKRM and/or ARREIT.

The Board of AKRM further wishes to clarify that the above disclosure is made upon declaration made by Puan Aida of the said family relationship while the Board continues to undertake further measures to validate relevant facts and assess the implications arising from this disclosure. 

The Board has reviewed the matter and confirms that appropriate governance measures are in place to manage any potential conflict of interest that may arise from the said relationship.
