Further to the Company's announcement dated 23 April 2026, the Board of Directors of Asdion ("Asdion" or "the Company") wishes to announce the following updates on the case:-

 

  1. The Plaintiff has informed the court that they are still in the process of effecting the service of the Writ and Statement of Claim to the Defendant, thus, requested for another Case Management date to be fixed.

     

  2. The Court has fixed the next Case Management dates on 18 May 2026 and 4 June 2026 for the two civil cases.

 

Further announcement on the development of the above legal suit will be made to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad in due course.
