The Board of Directors of A1 A. K. Koh Group Berhad ("A1 AKK" or "the Company") wishes to announce that, its wholly owned subsidiary A. K. Koh Enterprise Sdn. Bhd. ("AKKE") has on 17 April 2026 received a letter of demand dated 14 April 2026 from Messrs Haris Ibrahim Kandiah Partnership, acting for Mavens Fourmi Sdn. Bhd. (formerly known as 1Advisory Sdn. Bhd.) ("MFSB"), demanding payment for an incentive fee amounting to RM540,000 (inclusive of applicable taxes) in respect of co-sourcing services pursuant to an appointment letter dated 19 June 2023 which was subsequently terminated by AKKE vide its letter dated 9 January 2025.
