DEFAULT ON TRADE FACILITIES AND INDUSTRIAL HIRE PURCHASE FACILITIES

The Board of Directors of Tomypak Holdings Berhad wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Tomypak Flexible Packaging Sdn. Bhd., has defaulted on certain repayments of the principal and interest in respect of trade facilities granted by AmBank (M) Berhad and Hong Leong Bank Berhad, as well as industrial hire purchase facilities granted by MBSB Bank Berhad and ORIX Leasing Malaysia Berhad (collectively, the "Lenders") as at 30 April 2026.
