The Board of Directors of AHB wishes to announce that DFIL had on 7 May 2026 made an announcement in relation to the proposed renounceable non-underwritten rights issue of up to 399,400,096 warrants on the basis of one (1) warrant for every three (3) existing ordinary shares in the issued share capital held by the shareholders, each warrant exercisable into one (1) ordinary share of DFIL ("Proposed Rights Issue of Warrants").

AHB has also provided an irrevocable undertaking to, amongst others, accept, subscribe and pay for the Proposed Rights Issue of Warrants (as stated in Section 1.5 of the attached copy of DFIL's announcement) to demonstrate its commitment and support for the Proposed Rights Issue of Warrants.
