We refer to the announcements dated 28 April 2026, 30 April 2026 and 4 May 2026 in relation to the Proposals ("Announcements"). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.

Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 4 May 2026 in relation to the Revised Application. On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 7 May 2026 decided to defer the imposition of the suspension on the trading of the Company's securities until 30 September 2026 for the Company to complete the Proposed Distribution.

In accordance with the EOT Approval, the Company is required to complete the implementation of the Proposed Distribution by 27 October 2026 (i.e. within 6 months from the announcement of the Proposals dated 28 April 2026).

The securities of the Company shall be removed from the Official List of Bursa Securities upon completion of the Proposed Distribution and the expiry of 2 market days from the date the Company is notified by Bursa Securities or such other date as may be specified by Bursa Securities.
