OFFER OF OPTIONS UNDER OPPSTAR'S LONG TERM INCENTIVE PLAN ("LTIP")

Pursuant to Rule 9.19(51) of the Listing Requirements, Oppstar wishes to announce that the Company has, on 11 May 2026, offered a total of 3,000,000 options to eligible directors and employees.

The details of the offer are as follows:

Date of offer	:	11 May 2026
Exercise price of the options offered	:	RM0.36 per option
Number of options/shares offered	:	3,000,000 options
Closing market price of Oppstar shares on the date of offer	:	RM0.68
Number of options/shares offered to each director (if any)	:	Professor Emeritus Datuk Ts. Ir. Dr. Siti Hamisah Binti Tapsir Independent Non-Executive Chairman	200,000 options
		Dato' Yeo Eng Hong Independent Non-Executive Director	200,000 options
		Foong Pak Chee Independent Non-Executive Director	200,000 options
		Dato' Dr. Mohd Sofi Bin Osman Independent Non-Executive Director	200,000 options
Vesting period of the options/shares offered	:	The options shall be exercisable in the following manner until the expiry of the LTIP on 9 March 2028:
		Tranches	Vesting period commencing from:
		First Tranche: 50% of Grant	11 May 2026
		Second Tranche: 50% of Grant	11 May 2027
