Reference is made to the announcements dated 3 March 2026. Unless otherwise stated, defined terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those used in the aforementioned announcements.

The Board of Directors wishes to announce that the Economic Planning Unit ("EPU"), Prime Minister's Department, via a letter dated 8 May 2026 (which was received on 12 May 2026), has approved the Proposed Acquisition without any conditions attached.

The Proposed Acquisition remains conditional pending the fulfillment of the remaining condition precedent under the Sale and Purchase Agreement.
