The terms used herein, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the Proposals.

 

We refer to the earlier announcements dated 15 December 2025, 12 January 2026, 26 January 2026, 10 February 2026 and 15 April 2026 in relation to the Proposals.

 

On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that the Disposal Consideration has been paid in full by the Purchasers on 13 May 2026. Accordingly, the Disposal has been completed on even date in accordance with the terms of the SSA.
