Reference is made to the Gamuda Berhad's [Co. Regn. No. 197601003632 (29579-T)] ("Gamuda" or "Company") earlier announcement dated 6 November 2025 regarding the Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") entered into between Gamuda, Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri Perak ("PKNPk"), and Perbadanan Bekalan Air Pulau Pinang ("PBAPP") (collectively referred to as the "Parties").

The Board of Directors of Gamuda wishes to announce that Gamuda and PKNPk have agreed to PBAPP's request to extend the deadline under the MOU for the execution of the Bulk Water Supply Agreement in relation to the sale of treated water from excess raw water in Perak to PBAPP. The revised deadline for execution of the said agreement is 3 July 2026.

All other terms and conditions of the MOU remain in full force and effect. Gamuda does not anticipate any major shifts to the timeline of the Project.

Gamuda will make the necessary announcement to Bursa Malaysia of any material developments.
