-	ACQUISITION OF SHARES IN MALAYAN BANKING BERHAD

Further to the announcement dated 25 February 2025, the Board of Directors of Analabs wishes to announce that the Analabs Group had acquired quoted securities in Malayan Banking Berhad ("MBB") during the period from 26 February 2025 to 19 May 2026 for which the aggregate of the purchase consideration amounting to RM31,827,019 ("the Acquisitions") has exceeded 5% of the Analabs Group's audited consolidated net assets as at 30 April 2025.
