Unless otherwise stated, all terms used herein shall carry the same meaning as those defined in the Prospectus of Sum Technology Berhad dated 20 May 2026.

Applications will be accepted from 10.00 a.m. on 20 May 2026 and will close at 5.00 p.m. on 4 June 2026. 

If there are any changes to the dates stated above, Sum Technology Berhad will advertise a notice of the changes in a widely circulated English and Bahasa Malaysia daily newspapers in Malaysia and make an announcement on Bursa Securities' website.
