We refer to the announcement dated 15 May 2026 in relation to the letter of appointment for design, supply and delivery of SIS Deck and installation of post tensioning works ("Announcement"). Unless otherwise stated, the definition used herein shall have the same meaning referred to in the Announcement.

The Board of Directors of JSB wishes to announce and clarify that there was no specified tenure for the Contract and the commencement of the Contract has begun on 15 May 2026 and expected to be completed in October 2026.
