We refer to the announcements dated 13 May 2026 and 14 May 2026 in relation to the Proposed ESOS. Unless otherwise stated, the terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the said announcements.
On behalf of the Board, AmInvestment Bank wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had vide its letter dated 20 May 2026 (which was received on 21 May 2026), approved the listing and quotation of such number of new MHB Shares, representing up to 15% of the total number of issued MHB Shares (excluding treasury shares) to be issued pursuant to the Proposed ESOS on the Main Market of Bursa Securities.
The approval by Bursa Securities is subject to the following conditions:
AmInvestment Bank is required to submit a confirmation to Bursa Securities of full compliance of the Proposed ESOS pursuant to Paragraph 6.43(1) of the Listing Requirements and stating the effective date of implementation together with a certified true copy of the resolution passed by the shareholders in general meeting approving the Proposed ESOS; and
- MHB is required to furnish Bursa Securities on a quarterly basis a summary of the total number of shares listed pursuant to the Proposed ESOS as at the end of each quarter together with a detailed computation of listing fees payable.
