Mr. Rayyan Akmal Edmett joined Emkay Group Sdn. Bhd. as Assistant Manager in Sales from October 2020 to 2022, where he oversaw revenue generation, asset liquidation, digital strategy, and client relations.

In January 2023, he was appointed as a Special Officer to the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer ("CEO"), a position he held until 2025. His responsibilities included providing board secretarial and governance support within the Chairman's Office, as well as supporting strategic operations and executive oversight in the CEO's Office.

He is currently serving as the Managing Director of Alpha Peaks Sdn. Bhd., a role he has held since October 2025. In this capacity, he is responsible for investment advisory, capital structuring, regulatory affairs, government liaison, and high-level stakeholder management.

He also is a council member of MK Family Trust, oversee fiduciary stewardship and wealth preservation, strategic asset management and conflict resolution and succession planning.

He is the son of Felina binti Mustapha Kamal, the Executive Chairman of the Company, and the grandson of Puan Sri Datin Hajah Wan Nong Binti Haji Wan Ibrahim, a substantial shareholder of the Company.

He is the son of Felina, who is a director of several private limited companies within the EMKAY Group. While some entities within the EMKAY Group are involved in property development, the companies in which Felina holds directorships are not engaged in such activities. A potential conflict of interest may arise by virtue of his family relationship with a director of the EMKAY Group.
