| Working experience and occupation | Mr. Douglas Foo started his career as a Marine Surveyor or Industrial Inspector at Bureau Veritas (M) Sdn Bhd in August 1995 until May 2003. He then work with Shin Yang Shipyard Sdn Bhd as a Technical Superintendent or Project manager for almost 6 years. He managed to project lead for more than 20 new-build vessels including tugs, OSVs, landing crafts, and work vessels. In August 2009, He worked as a Construction & Maintenance Manager or Technical Manager at DESB Marine Services Sdn Bhd before he got appointed as Technical & Operation Manager in November 2018 until December 2021. Currently, he is serving as Fleet manager within one of the Group's subsidiaries and has extensive experience in offshore marine operations and fleet management within the industry. |
