We refer to the Company's Announcements dated 2 October 2025, 6 October 2025, 16 October 2025, 5 February 2026, 22 April 2026, and 4 May 2026 in relation to the Company's non-compliance with the public shareholding spread requirement pursuant to Paragraph 8.02(1) of the Main Market Listing Requirements ("MMLR") of Bursa Securities.

On 18 May 2026, the Company was notified by its major shareholder, EC Synergy (M) Sdn. Bhd., in relation to the changes of its interest in the Company on 15 May 2026. Based on the Company's Record of Depositors as at 21 May 2026 which has taken into account the said changes, the public shareholding spread of the Company has now increased from 15.89% to 25.57%.

In this respect, the Company has complied with the Public Shareholding Spread Requirement within the extension of time granted by Bursa Securities.
