Further to the Company's announcement made on 29 April 2026 ("Announcement") relating to the creditors' voluntary winding-up of ZCSB, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, the Company wishes to announce that ZCSB had during its meeting of member on 25 May 2026 resolved that ZCSB cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up the same and that ZCSB be wound up by way of a creditors' voluntary winding up pursuant to Section 439(1)(b) of the Companies Act, 2016. ZCSB had also during its meeting of creditors on 25 May 2026 resolved that Mr Lim Sin Han and Mr Leoh Hin Han both of Sin Han & Co. PLT be appointed as the Joint and/or Several Liquidators of ZCSB, for the purpose of such winding up. For information, ZCSB is no longer the subsidiary of the Company since 29 April 2026.
