Unless stated otherwise, the terms used herein shall carry the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcements dated 28 May 2024 and 30 May 2024.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that, following careful commercial considerations, Syarikat Logam Unitrade Sdn Bhd, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, and FSBM have mutually agreed to terminate the Collaboration Agreement with effect from today 26 May 2026.

Upon the termination of Collaboration Agreement, neither party shall have any claim against the other arising out of this mutual termination.

The termination of Collaboration Agreement will not have any material financial effect to UIB.
