Pursuant to Paragraph 8.23(1)(ii) and the Practice Note 11 of the MMLR of Bursa Securities, the Board of Directors of SEACERA wishes to announce the aggregate amount of financial assistance provided by Seacera Care Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of SEACERA, pursuant to its ordinary course of money lending business as at 31 March 2026.

The provision of financial assistance have no material impact on the net assets and earnings per share of Seacera Group Berhad and its subsidiaries for the financial period ended 31 March 2026.
