Velocity Capital Partner Berhad ("Velocity") - Provision of Financial Assistance pursuant to Practice Note 11 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad
Pursuant to Paragraph 8.23(1)(ii) and Practice Note 11 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Listing Requirements"), the Board of Directors of Velocity wishes to announce the aggregate amount of financial assistance provided by its wholly-owned subsidiaries, Velocity Capital Sdn. Bhd. ("VCSB") and Velocity Direct Sdn. Bhd. ("VDSB"), both moneylending companies, pursuant to its ordinary course of business as at 31 March 2026 as set out below:-
