The Board of Directors of CCK Consolidated Holdings Berhad ("the Company") wishes to announce that a fire incident occurred at approximately 3.00 a.m. (Indonesia local time) on 28 May 2026 at the Company's 60%-owned subsidiary, PT. Adilmart in Indonesia ("Adilmart"), affecting part of the manufacturing facility located in Cikupa, Tangerang 15710, Banten, Indonesia ("Affected Facility").

The local Fire and Rescue Department attended to the incident and the fire was successfully contained at approximately 11.30 a.m. (Indonesian local time). The cause of the fire is currently under investigation by the relevant authorities.  Thus far, to the best of Management's knowledge, no fatalities or injuries have been reported.

The extent of the damage and the cause of the incident are currently being assessed by the relevant authorities and the Company's insurers.

Operations at the Affected Facility have been temporarily suspended pending safety inspections, assessment works and clean-up activities.

At this juncture, the financial impact arising from the incident cannot be reliably estimated until the assessment has been completed. The Company is in the process of reviewing the insurance coverage and claims relating to the incident.

The Company will make further announcements as and when there are material developments.
