Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 27 November 2024, 30 December 2024, 10 April 2025, 6 May 2025, 16 May 2025, 3 June 2025, 5 June 2025, 13 June 2025, 30 June 2025, 22 July 2025, 28 July 2025, 29 July 2025, 29 August 2025, 26 November 2025 and 26 February 2026 in relation to the Rights Issue with Warrants ("Announcements").
