The Board of Directors of ADB ("Board") wishes to announce that Auto Count Sdn Bhd ("ACSB" or the "Purchaser"), a wholly owned subsidiary of ADB, had on 29 May 2026 entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement ("SPA") with Prisma Melody Sdn. Bhd. [Registration No. 200401013245 (651748-K)] ("PMSB" or the "Developer") to purchase a commercial unit within the project known as "NOVVA NEXUS" ("the Project") at Klang, Selangor ("Property"), for a total purchase consideration of RM7,254,000.00 ("Purchase Consideration") ("Proposed Acquisition"), subject to the terms and conditions as stipulated in the SPA.
