As the Closing Price is lower than PENTA-C60's Exercise Price of RM5.00, holders of PENTA-C60 will not be entitled to receive any payment from us. All outstanding and unexercised PENTA-C60 will cease to be valid and all of our obligations in respect of PENTA-C60 shall terminate absolutely.
