As the Closing Price is lower than YTL-C2F's Exercise Price of RM2.40, holders of YTL-C2F will not be entitled to receive any payment from us. All outstanding and unexercised YTL-C2F will cease to be valid and all of our obligations in respect of YTL-C2F shall terminate absolutely.
