The Closing Price of RM3.0446 was determined based on the average volume weighted average market price of CDB shares for the 5 market days prior to and including the market day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Closing Price is lower than CDB-C71's Exercise Price of RM3.50, holders of CDB-C71 will not be entitled to receive any payment from us. All outstanding and unexercised CDB-C71 will cease to be valid and all of our obligations in respect of CDB-C71 shall terminate absolutely.
