The Board of Directors of Asia File Corporation Bhd. ("Company") is pleased to announce that a single tier final dividend of 2.0 sen per ordinary share has been proposed in respect of the financial year ended 31 March 2026 ("Proposed Final Dividend"). The Proposed Final Dividend will be subjected to the shareholders' approval at the forthcoming 32nd Annual General Meeting of the Company to be convened on a date to be announced later. A further announcement on the Proposed Final Dividend's payment date, entitlement date and all other relevant information shall be made at a later date.
