The Board of Directors of KIBB wishes to announce that following the retirement of Encik Jeremy bin Nasrulhaq as a Senior Independent Non-Executive Director ("Senior INED") of KIBB effective from 1 June 2026, the composition of the GBDITC and ESSC shall be revised as follows:

GBDITC

1.     Mr. Kanagaraj Lorenz - Chairman/ Independent Non-Executive Director ("INED");

2.     Mr. Choy Khai Choon - Member/ Non-Independent Non-Executive Director; and

3.     Madam Chin Siew Siew - Member/ INED.

ESSC

1.     Madam Chin Siew Siew - Chairman/ INED; and

2.     Puan Norazian Binti Ahmad Tajuddin - Member/ INED.

With regard to the composition of the ESSC, the vacancy resulting from Encik Jeremy bin Nasrulhaq's retirement as a Senior INED of KIBB shall be addressed accordingly.
