Dato' Ir Goh Chye Koon ("Dato' Ir Goh"), the Independent Non-Executive Chairman who was appointed on 17 October 2014, retired by rotation pursuant to Clause 106(1) of the Constitution of Sunway Construction Group Berhad ("SunCon") as he chose not to seek for re-election. His retirement takes effect at the conclusion of the 12th Annual General Meeting of SunCon.
