| Working experience and occupation | Madam Koh joined Berjaya Times Square Sdn Bhd ("BTS"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Berjaya Assets Berhad ("BAssets"), in 1994 as the Head of Finance and Administration. She was appointed as an Executive Director of BTS (from 2013 to 2021) and BAssets (from 2017 to 2021). She anchored the overall property development and investment division and managed the overall operations of BTS Group. She also held directorships in various subsidiaries of BAssets. She has extensive experience in finance, accounting, tax, treasury fields, marketing, business development, property investment and development, and shopping complex operations. Prior to that, she was attached to PricewaterhouseCoopers and worked as an Accountant in the Hong Leong Group of Companies. She was formerly an Independent Non-Executive Director of Scientex Packaging (Ayer Keroh) Berhad and Tropicana Corporation Berhad. Currently, she sits on the Board of Directors of Frontken Corporation Berhad and Paragon Union Berhad. |
