Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 12 February 2026 in relation to the Proposed Acquisition.

On behalf of the Board, Berjaya Securities wishes to announce that the Company and the Vendors have mutually agreed to extend the period for the fulfilment of the conditions precedent under the SPA for a period of 3 months from 12 June 2026.
