Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 23 December 2025, 22 January 2026, 13 February 2026 and 6 March 2026 in relation to the Proposals.

 

On behalf of the Board, Berjaya Securities wishes to announce that the parties to the SSAs have mutually agreed to extend the period for the fulfilment of the conditions precedent under the SSAs until 22 September 2026.
