Remarks :

On 27 February 2026, the Board of Directors of Manulife Holdings Berhad ("Manulife") ("Board") declared the first and final dividend of 9.0 sen per ordinary share in Manulife ("Manulife Share") ("2025 First and Final Dividend") for the financial year ended 31 December 2025.

Subsequently, on even date, the Board had resolved that the Dividend Reinvestment Plan ("DRP"), which provides the shareholders of Manulife with the option to elect to reinvest their dividend in new Manulife Shares, would apply to the 2025 First and Final Dividend.

On behalf of the Board, UOB Kay Hian (M) Sdn Bhd (formerly known as UOB Kay Hian Securities (M) Sdn Bhd) had, on 12 June 2026, announced that the issue price of the new Manulife Shares to be issued pursuant to the DRP had been fixed at RM2.03 per Manulife Share.
