Reference is made to CCB's announcements dated 19 October 2023, 27 December 2023, 10 January 2024, 7 November 2024, 11 February 2026 and 9 March 2026 ("the Announcements").

Unless otherwise stated, the definitions used in this announcement shall carry the same meanings as defined in the Announcements.

The Board of Directors of CCB wishes to announce that on 12 June 2026, the High Court on its own motion ordered that the suit under Johor Bahru High Court Civil Suit No. JA-22NCvC-52-04/2023 be transferred to the Sessions Court pursuant to Order 57, Rule 1A of the Rules of Court 2012.

Accordingly, the trial dates previously fixed on 14 and 15 September 2026 are vacated, and fresh trial dates will be fixed by the Sessions Court in due course.

Following the transfer of the suit to the Sessions Court, no further announcements will be made in relation to this matter unless there is any material development requiring disclosure.
