Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 10 June 2025, 12 June 2025 and 13 October 2025 ("Announcements") in relation to the above matter.

Unless otherwise defined, all terms used herein shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcements.

The Board wishes to announce that the Jabatan Alam Sekitar of Kementerian Sumber Asli dan Kelestarian Alam via its letter dated 12 June 2026, has approved the Terms of Reference ("TOR") for an Environment Impact Assessment ("EIA") in respect of the proposed gold ore mining operation under the Proprietary Mining Licence 3/2025 held under PT 4147 Lot 3071 HSD 436, Kawasan Kg Lubok Bongor, Mukim Lubok Bongor, Daerah Kuala Balah, Jajahan Jeli, Negeri Kelantan ("KK Hill Gold Mining Project"). The approved TOR is valid for a period of two (2) years from the date of the approval letter.

Following the approval of the TOR, NCMS will proceed with the preparation and submission of the EIA Report within the prescribed timeframe in compliance with the provisions of the Environmental Quality Act 1974.
