We are pleased to announce the proposed issue by KIBB of up to 100,000,000 European style non-collateralised cash-settled put warrants over the ordinary shares of ZETRIX.

The ZETRIX-HW is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 21 May 2026 executed by us, as supplemented from time to time. The ZETRIX-HW is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 5 June 2026 and the Term Sheet dated 16 June 2026.

The ZETRIX-HW will be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Malaysia Securities Berhad and issued by KIBB under the Base Prospectus dated 5 June 2026.
