Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 25 May 2026, 28 May 2026 and 3 June 2026 ("Announcement"). Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations and definitions used herein shall have the same meaning as those used in the Company's Announcement.

The Company wishes to inform that the Case Management for the Originating Summons and Injunction Application fixed on 8 June 2026 was rescheduled to 18 June 2026. On 18 June 2025, the Sessions Court directed as follows:-

a. An ad interim injunction is allowed for a period of twenty-one (21) days;

b. The hearing of the Injunction Application is fixed on 2 July 2026;

c. Defendant is required to file its affidavit in reply in respect of the Originating Summons on or before 2 July 2026;

d. Plaintiff is required to file its affidavit in reply in respect of the Originating Summons on or before 16 July 2026;

e. Both Plaintiff and Defendant are required to file written submissions in respect of the Originating Summons on or before 30 July 2026;

f.  Both Plaintiff and Defendant are required to file submissions in reply in respect of the Originating Summons on or before 6 August 2026; and

g. Decision of the Originating Summons is fixed on 27 August 2026.

The Company will make further announcements as and when there are any material further developments.
