(For consistency purposes, the abbreviations and definitions used throughout this announcement shall have the same meanings as those previously defined in the circular to shareholders of the Company dated 13 May 2026 in relation to the Proposed ESOS, where applicable, unless stated otherwise or defined herein.)

 

We refer to the earlier announcement in relation to the Proposed ESOS dated 24 April 2026, 5 May 2026 and 13 May 2026.

 

On behalf of the Board, Berjaya Securities wishes to announce that the effective date for the implementation of the ESOS is 22 June 2026, which is the date of full compliance with the requirements under Paragraph 6.43(1) of the Listing Requirements.
