Reference is made to the announcements dated 24 November 2025, 5 March 2026 and 23 April 2026 in relation to the signing of Heads of Agreement ("HOA") between Sierra Aspects Sdn Bhd ("SASB") and Pertubuhan Peladang Negeri Perak ("PPNP").

The Company wishes to announce that SASB and PPNP have mutually agreed to a third extension of time from 24 June 2026 to 22 August 2026 to fulfil the conditions precedent under the HOA, prior to the execution of the Definitive or Collaboration Agreement.
